Episode #9 - Recovery

Working out is just one piece of the wellness puzzle. 

Recovery work needs to be a part of your fitness plan, as well. 

This includes stretching, mobility work, yoga, Self Myofascial Release (SMR) with tools like foam rollers, lacrosse balls, tennis balls and hand held rollers. 

Rest is a part of that as well.  Muscles build during our sleep so making sure to get between 7-9 hours of quality sleep a night is important.
